The DMR seeks to buy professional services, specifically, intelligence testing, tests of adaptive behavior, and other, related tests, for the purposes of providing information, which bears on the eligibility of individuals who represent, relative to DMR's eligibility criteria. The DMR will require testing reports that present and interpret the results of tests, relative to DMR's eligibility criteria.
