The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain firm ‘discount from list' price proposals from firms specializing in providing materials (books, DVDs, audio books, e-books and music CDs) for public libraries. In order to obtain the largest possible range of materials and services, the County intends to award contract(s) to a pool of providers. The size of the pool will be determined by the number and quality of proposals received. Depending upon the type of material or service required, the County will purchase the needed materials or services from the contractors who offer the best prices and services to the County.
