SEALED PROPOSALS are being accepted by the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Pennsylvania for the provision of "Laboratory Drug Testing Services" for the Washington County Probation Services. Proposals will be will be received at the Office of the County Controller, 100 West Beau Street, Suite 403, Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, PA 15301, until 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time, on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and names only will be read aloud in a meeting located in Meeting Room 103, Courthouse Square. Late proposals will not be accepted.
