Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC 13) issues this Request for Proposals (RFQ) for Internet access and/or telecommunication transport service for ESC 13. ESC has provided ISP services to schools in Central Texas since 1997. As a private regional network, ESC is able to provide schools with affordable access to the Internet and a variety of network services focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations. ESC is seeking solutions to continue technology services to schools and build capacity for future growth.
