The work under this Contract involves renovation of the Health Department Suite in the Wauwatosa Municipal Complex located at 7725 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa, WI. The area to be renovated is approximately 4,400 square feet. The renovation work includes general interior demolition, construction of new walls, doors, flooring, ceilings and lighting as well as minor modifications to the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems within the space. All work shall be in accordance with contract documents on file in the Engineering Office of the City of Wauwatosa,Wisconsin.
