The scope of this project includes construction of a new traffic signal on Grand Avenue at Creekside Marketplace (adjacent to the Shell gas station and Jack-in-the-Box restaurant), modifications of the existing traffic signal at the intersection of San Marcos Boulevard and Grand Avenue to eliminate westbound U-turn movements and median improvements on Grand Avenue. The purpose of this project is to provide additional signalized access to Creekside Marketplace and improve traffic operations at the intersection of San Marcos Boulevard and Grand Avenue.
