The Department of Design and Construction ("DDC" or the "Department") is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list ("PQL") of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work on various capital construction projects. DDC will be utilizing this PQL to solicit project-specific bids for work on various buildings throughout the City of New York that will include general construction work, including, but not limited to, commercial interior renovation, facades, roofs and buildings-wide system upgrades. Projects bid to this PQL may be subject to the New York City 2015 New Construction or Renovation and Rehabilitation Project Labor Agreements ("PLA").
