To provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for the construction of a new Elevated Tank at the Fridley Campus of the City of Minneapolis Public Works – Water Treatment and Distribution Division, all in accordance with the provided specifications and drawings. Scope of Work: The proposed work includes but is not limited to: - Composite Elevated Tank for Water Storage with 500,000 gallon volume, - interior and below-grade piping, - insulated wall and ceiling panels for interior of tank pedestal, - special coatings, electrical conduit, site work, erosion and sedimentation control, - masonry work (as an alternate bid item), - tank mixing system, and disinfection of the tank and piping systems.
