The City of Fife is requesting submission of qualifications for selection of a consultant to prepare a master plan for the City's Freeman Road Shops, located on an 8.30-acre site at 3820 Freeman Road East. The existing shop and office space is currently used by Fife's park maintenance crews. The new facility will be used by both park maintenance and public works crews. Fife intends to relocate all public works operation and maintenance staff and equipment to the Freeman Road site from Fife's existing 5.65-acre public works yard at 3725 Pacific Highway East.
