The Bureau of Substance Abuse Services (BSAS) within the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking to retain multiple qualified behavioral health professionals to assess certain applicants for employment in DPH vended programs in accordance with 101 CMR 15.09(3)(b)(2).
