Through the issuance of this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) the Port of Palm Beach(Port) seeks information from the private sector regarding the feasibility of using P3arrangements that could benefit all stakeholders and also assist the Port in implementing certain Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects in a more cost-effective and efficient manner considering the life cycle cost of the asset. The information received in response to this EOI will be used by the Port in deciding how to best maximize the opportunities available to implement certain projects via a P3 arrangement for formal public bidding of the work.
