The Board of County Commissioners, herein referred to as the "County" is seeking statement of qualifications from Engineering Firms to provide survey, geotechnical, roadway design, stormwater design, permitting for a roadway widening and resurfacing project on CR 182. Firm will also be required to provide CEI services which are required for contract administration, inspection and materials sampling and testing for the widening and resurfacing on CR 183. RFQ closes on February 26, 2013 no later than 3:00PM local time and will open immediately thereafter. Questions shall be sumitted no later than 12:00 Noon local time on February 13, 2013. Questions received after that date and time shall not be answered. Late submittals received after the aforementioned deadline date, either by mail or otherwise, shall be not considered. It is the sole responsibility of the firm for assuring that the RFQ is received in the Purchasing Office by designated date and time. Packages shall be received at the following address: Office of Central Purchasing 176 Montgomery Circle DeFuniak Springs, Fl 32435 An original and five (5) copies shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package clearly marked with the firm/team's name and address and the words "Engineeering Services for CR 183".
