To conduct a comprehensive waste water system evaluation of the entire DIA waste water system. The evaluation shall include at a minimum; the age, physical condition, hydraulic capacity of the Facility, condition/function of alarm systems (including the consideration of both high and low level alarms) and an assessment of pipe inflow and infiltration. In addition, the evaluation shall include considerations for future growth areas that will have a potential impact to the Facilitys hydraulic capacity and Geographic Information System (GIS) data collection which shall be used to update the DIA data base. When the evaluation is complete, Consultant will design any needed measures associated to the evaluation to bring the system to industry standards.
