The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to complete a Master Plan for BJAA Park; Master Plan for Downtown Plaza; and Master Plan for Water Tower Park Turf Conversion. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for three (3) separate park projects. The first project is for the Downtown Plaza master plan and construction documents. The second project is for the BJAA Park master plan and construction documents. The third project is for the Water Tower Park Football Field conversion master plan and construction documents.
