The final bid results are posted. The Town will be awarding the Coyote Gulch Park project to McCauley Constructors. The Work of this Contract consists of constructing a neighborhood park southeast of the intersection of Highland Meadows Parkway & Aladar Drive. The work will include but not limited to, earthwork, concrete work, utilities, irrigation, landscaping, electric, paths, installation of playground equipment and other park amenities, and restoration to anything damaged during construction, throughout the project area.
