Kenai Peninsula Economic Development District, Inc. (KPEDD) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Cook Inlet Facility Assessment to inventory existing public and private oil and gas facilities on the Kenai Peninsula. The Consultant will be required to forecast low, medium, and high oil and gas activity by portraying future potential, and project demand for current and future infrastructure requirements.
