Computerized Visitor Management System

Scope of work includes providing and installing a computerized vehicle/visitor management system, which at a minimum, meets the following criteria: 1. Handheld computer/tablet that is durable and weather resistant, to read bar codes, RFID, and to process visitors, users, Contractors through entry points. 2. Software must record name, company, who visiting, license plate, time in/out. Must be able to read name and photo only of: multiple States driver's license (DL) and Transportation Worker Identification Credentials card (TWIC). 3. Issue visitor badges. 4. Automatically sends text or email message to alert users that guest has arrived. 5. Stores visitor names for quick access on next visit. 6. Creates and read barcode for all vehicles. 7. Able to schedule visitors via server (or web portal). 8. Able to take photos (of the person/truck) and record DL photo. 9. Internal "red flag" list, with images and instructions. 10. Can print out a report to show who is in the secured area at any given time. 11. Must be compatible with the Port's current IT infrastructure (see Appendix A), or via WEB access. Identify means of data storage (cloud, etc.) 12. Capable of reporting daily vehicle/visitor activity, including daily, weekly, and monthly number of vehicles per destination, evacuation reports. 13. Ability to print reports to network printers. 14. Prints bar codes or PIN numbers on passes to be used for re-entry. 15. System must include all hardware, software, and incidentals for a complete functional system. 16. Contractor to provide manuals, videos, and on-site training for 4 hours, up to 6 employees. Include all travel costs in the proposal.
