An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. This "Sources Sought Notice" is to determine sources for INNOMED surgical Instruments listed below brand name only. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic set aside if feasible. The Veterans Administration is required by Public Law 109-461 to provide first priority to SDVOSB and then VOSB concerns if sufficient firms available to compete under a set aside SDVOSB, the solicitation will be set aside to SDVOSB. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
