The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Division is accepting Bids from qualified Service Providers to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for a Time and Material Contract for Wood Floors including screen, recoat and repairs as necessary, as stated in the Technical Specifications of this Invitation to Bid. Scope of Work shall include: For a Service Provider to supply materials, as specified, and experienced labor to complete rescreen repair and recoat of wood floors in various City buildings. Applications may include sanding, wood fill, sealing, court line painting, applying finish product coat(s), and screen repair and recoat procedures. Service Provider may be required to do minor floor repair. Floor repair will be priced at an hourly rate on an item-by-item basis. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of services to be requested. The City reserves the right to supply any or all materials. This is to be considered a Time and Material Contract. Projects may include but are not limited to: Recreation Center gymnasium floor, racquetball courts, aerobics room and community/meeting rooms, Armory auditorium and the Adult Recreation Center community room floor
