STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS will be received until 5:00 PM, March 22, 2013, at the Department of Public Works located at 715 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Merced, California 95341 for a civil engineering firm to provide road and bridge design services for County Projects. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ), in order to receive consideration, shall be made and submitted in accordance with the requirements and conditions set forth in the Request for Qualifications dated February 27, 2013 and any such Addenda thereto as may be issued prior to the submittal date. Partial or contingent SOQs may be rejected at the discretion of the County.
