This project includes, but not limited to sand blasting and painting the inside and outside of two welded steel tanks, 60,000 gallons and 70,000 gallons. Also included in the project is the removal and replacement of structural steel members, steel inlet piping, installing tank anchors, and flanged access hatch. Cement Hill Water Treatment Plant is located within Fairfield, CA, west of Clay Bank Road, north of Manual Campos Parkway, and south of the Putah South Canal.
