Project Description & Purpose The project improvements will include reconstruction and rehabilitation of the existing roadway sections. Associated work will involve adjustment of manhole and valve covers, replacement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and driveway aprons as necessary, as well as permanent pavement markings. Upgrades to the Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA)infrastructure will precede paving of the lower portion of Caughlin Parkway. TMWA work is scheduled to begin in late Fall 2012.
