This project involves the construction of new Offices on first floor and 4 apartment units on second floor. Work for Phase One includes work included in the Historic Site Preservation Grant, provided by the State Historic Society of Iowa; first and second floor selective demolition, plumbing revisions on first floor, interior wood trim restoration, plaster repair, and a new roof on the 1960 addition.
