The Project will consists of selective demolition to remove interior walls and finishes to existing structure. Add an additional third floor and install new wall and finishes throughout the complete renovation of Hale 3 and 5 (Single Student Housing). This will be the FINAL Bid Package. We intend to award the project to Subcontractor's bidding on this bid package.
