The Board of County Commissioners (the "County") is requesting proposals from General Contractors or Building Contractors to pull the required permits necessary for the County to erect a 40'x80' metal building. Contractor will also be responsible for the oversight of construction. A Mandatory Pre-Conference will be held at 7:30AM on June 20, 2013 at the Public Works Engineer conference room located at 97 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435. All contractors must be present at the designated start time of the pre-conference and must remain until the conference is adjourned. County will not accept proposals from contractors who depart prior to adjournment of the pre-conference or fails to attend. Any questions in regards to the project are to be directed to the Office of Central Purchasing, Glyndol Johnson, Purchasing Agent or Lesley Dunnivan, buyer at 850-892-8176. Contractors directing questions to any other county staff may be disqualifed.
