The architectural/engineering services required by the Town of Jamestown for this project shall generally follow the tasks outlined below. The final scope of services will be negotiated with the selected architectural/engineering firm. Project Planning and Preliminary Design - includes evaluating existing operations, determining current and future space needs, and developing alternatives to meet identified space needs, and evaluating alternatives for functionality and cost. Final Design - includes Plans and Specifications. Permitting Services - all required permits. Pre-construction Services - engineering investigations, demolition and site preparation. Bidding Services- advertise, tabulate bids, recommend award, complete construction contracts and bid documents. Construction Services - includes contract administration, shop drawings, on-site inspections, change orders, progress meetings, pay requests, etc.
