The Los Angeles County DMH announces the issuance of a Request for Statement of Qualification (RFSQ) for Basic Living Support Services. The purpose of this RFSQ is to seek qualified service providers that will provide basic living support services to enter into Master Agreements with DMH to provide basic living support services throughout Los Angeles County. The RFSQ will be available on this website beginning Wednesday, June 10, 2009. It may also be picked up in person beginning Wednesday, June 10, 2009 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the following address: Department of Mental Health Contracts Development and Administration Division 550 S.
