The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting written sealed Request for Qualifications from qualified firms with the vision, capability and resources to provide Automated Meter Reading Upgrade for the City of Brighton, as stated in this Request For Qualifications. A short list of RFQ respondents will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for this project.
