The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement & Contracts is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform consultant services for Alley Assessment for the City of Brighton. The City is seeking a consultant to provide an inventory and engineering analysis of the alleys in the Brighton core city area (see attached map) and provide a recommendation for long term maintenance program for the alleys.
