The Walton County Tourist Development (TDC), a division of Walton County is seeking proposals and submissions from firms for the purpose of providing advertising services. The awarded firm shall be a qualified full service and advertising company that can furnish counsel, carry-out market research for and produce a multi-faceted advertising campaign to support the tourism mission of the TDC. To be considered, firm must submit an original and five (5) copies of their proposal package in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the firm's name and address and the words "Advertising Services" to: Office of Central Purchasing Glyndol Johnson, Purchasing Agent 176 Montgomery Circle DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435 Proposals received after the date and time will not be accepted. It is the firm's responsibility to ensure that their proposal package is received on or prior to the closing date. RFP Closes on July 11, 2012 no later than 3:00PM local time. Last day to submit any questions in regards to this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than June 28, 2012 by Noon, local time. Questions received after that date and time will not be answered.
