A. Demolition and removal of 12,419 SF single story building in its entirety with exception of the following: 1. time capsule and plaques - present to Owner B. Demolition of site improvements including: 1. Asphalt paving and curbing 2. Portable buildings 3. Chain linnk fencing 4. Light poles 5. Freestanding structures and furnishings 6. Cap existing gas service at property line. Coordinate with Atmos Energy. C. Items to remain include the following: 1. Trees and major landscaping 2. Sidewalks and approaches fronting Lois Street and Junction Highway 3. Existing pole mounted transformer and service panel. Coordinate disconnect with KPUB. D. Items to be performed by Owner prior to demolition: 1. Cap existing water service line at meter 2. Cap existing wastewater line at property line E. Owner is to survey and perform all required remediation prior to commencement of demolition. Owner will provide Environmental Report to Demolition Contractor prior to commencement of work.
