The proposed work is in the City of Rock Island between the properties of #5 Foxwood Ct, #11 Foxwood Ct, and 22 Partridge Circle. The construction generally consists of removing existing storm sewer, placing geogrid reinforcement, placing new storm pipe and relocating an existing flared-end, plus seeding with erosion blanket placement. In addition, proposed work is on 28th Avenue and existing and proposed easements, and on properties at 4209 and 4210 28th Avenue and generally consists of storm sewer placement, driveway, and pavement construction.
