The District of Columbia Government (District), District Department of Transportation, Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) intends to execute a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the services of independent contractors to provide hauling, removal, specialized equipment and snow plowing services for the District's 2011-2012 snow support season.
