Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Lebanon at the office of the City Manager, City of Lebanon City Building, 50 South Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, until 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, and publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Lebanon Municipal Building. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, the City finds, offered the lowest and best proposal.
