The City is requesting qualified proposals from professional organizations to provide engineering services necessary to develop a railroad bridge management plan in accordance with 49 CFR 237, Bridge Safety Standards. Scope of work will include reviewing the annual bridge inspection reports, performing site inspections of each of the 5 bridges, provide a bridge load rating report for 3 of the bridges, and incorporating all of the findings into a comprehensive Bridge Management Plan document.
