This state term contract has been established for the purchase of Potable Water and Food Grade Ice. Minimum, purchases are in truckload (TL) increments of each product, with a minimum order of one (1) TL. Potable Water and Food Grade Ice purchases support the state's response following the declaration of a ‘state of emergency' in one or more of Florida's counties. Notwithstanding the above, Customers of this contract may place orders outside of these events.
