Consultant shall use and furnish at the firm's own expense all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the satisfactory performance of the street sweeping and parking lot sweeping work set forth herein. After sweeping, curbs and gutters shall be left in a clean condition. A clean condition is defined as the absence of residue in the streets and gutters upon the completion of the sweeping operation. The sweeping shall include as many passes as necessary to leave the street in a clean condition.
