The scope of work for this project consists of work associated with installation of a new marina fueling and pump-out facility at the east end of the existing A-Dock at Swantown Marina. The work required for this project includes, but is not limited to: selective upland, dock, timber pile extraction, utility, and landscape demolition; temporary shoring, excavation, and backfill for installation of underground fuel storage tanks and associated utility work; upland and on-dock electrical work; installation of a new on-dock sewage pump-out system and associated plumbing work; installation of on-dock fire protection equipment; installation of a complete marina gasoline and diesel fueling system from the underground fuel storage tanks to the fuel dispensers on the new fuel float; asphalt grinding and paving; supply and installation of new steel pipe piles; supply and installation of a new 20-foot by 100-foot concrete fuel float system; supply and installation of a new gangway transition float and A-Dock corner floats; and restoration of disturbed landscaping and vegetation.
