The work, in general, consists of the furnishing and installation of the recycled water pipeline consisting of both 6 and 8 inch PVC pipe along with recycled water appurtenances including upgrades and modifications at the Joint Treatment Plant (JTP) in the Tovvn of Yountville, along with the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system controls at the JTP, existing recycled water customers and new recycled water customers and other work as shown on the plans and stated in the specifications.
