The Work to be accomplished under this Contract generally includes the improvement of 23rd Street from Orange Avenue to Walnut Avenue. The Work includes cold milling, paving, signing and striping, pavement markings, traffic loops, curb and gutter, and all appurtenant Work as shown on the Plans and Specifications.
