The Town of Windsor, Colorado will receive Sealed Bids for the "Weld County Rd 13 & Crossroads Blvd Traffic Signal" construction project, until 4:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, February 9th, 2016. The Scope of Work consists of installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Weld County Road 13 and Crossroads Blvd. along with other miscellaneous work as indicated on the drawings and as specified herein. This project is not subject to Federal or State contract requirements.
