The work of this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete survey, utility coordination, site work, median/curb island construction, signing, striping and miscellaneous roadway work for crossing improvements at 13 at-grade highway-rail crossings in the Town of Windsor, Colorado.
