The purpose of furnishing of all parts, labor, materials and equipment and the performing of all work required for the construction of Paving, Drainage, Water and Sanitary Sewer to Serve Benbrook Field Drive and other improvements incidental thereto, at which time and place the proposals will be publically opened and read aloud and retained by the City Engineer for tabulation, checking and evaluation.
