General work description: Install curb & gutters, sidewalk, ADA ramps, retaining curb, miscellaneous concrete, grading, SWPPP and all incidentals to complete the work as specified on plans and these special provisions. You must perform, place, construct, or install other items and details not mentioned that are required of the plans under the Standard Specifications and special provisions.
