The work consists of exterior site work and interior renovations including but not limited to structural steel, masonry, drywall, finishes, HVAC, electrical and plumbing work. 1. Repair of irrigation and drainage system in courtyards. 2. Install new gutters and downspouts in courtyards and front entrance. 3. Repair roof at Classroom wing 300. 4. Replace selected windows 5. Repair floor expansion joint in Front Administration Area 6. Replace ceiling tile and repair grid in Kitchen Area 7. Renovate CTE, Career and Technical Education Computer Lab and Shop Area. 8. Replace light fixtures in selected areas. 9. Repair plumbing fixtures in selected restrooms. 10. Replace selected HVAC piping insulation in various locations. 11. Install additional HVAC units in Gymnasium. 12. Replace HVAC water source heat pumps units with new HVAC units on roof at Classroom wing 300, provide structural supports for units. 13. Replace existing Gymnasium flooring Install safety cable on retractable basket ball goals over bleachers. 14. Install technology upgrades in CTE Lab/Shop
