NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Signal Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for construction materials testing and special inspections for the construction of the new City of Signal Hill Public Library, expected to commence in early summer 2017. The qualified firm shall provide said services on an "as needed" basis for the construction of the Library and adjacent street improvement during the term of the contract.
