The City of Osawatomie is seeking bids for work to the City Lake shelter house. Qualified contractors must be licensed with the City of Osawatomie as a Class A or B contractor. The work involves adding 12" tall capstones to the existing pillars and attaching a beam to the long sides of the building to support a truss roof system, to be installed by another party. Pfefferkirn & Baldridge Engineering has donated design plans for this project and a copy of those plans can be obtained at City Hall.
