The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design/engineering services to prepare plans, specifications, construction documents and estimate (PS&E) for the exterior site improvements for the Menifee Public Works Corporation Yard. The project site is at 27860 Bradley Road in Menifee and there is an existing building which is the current location of Menifee Fire Station No. 7, but a new facility is currently being built down the street and once the Fire Department vacates that building, this will become the City's 1st Public Works Corporation Yard.
