The proposed construction is multi-phased and will include a new track and soccer field with bleachers, retaining walls/planted terraces. and a two-story field house, three new parking fields, a covered basketball/outdoor event facility, a cooling tower, a three-story CoLAB building and three parking fields. An infiltration system is planned to be placed beneath the planned soccer field. Future plans include a three-story Primary School expansion.
