Pugh Garage Maintenance Project – The project consists of structural maintenance and repair on post-tensioned cast-in-place lightweight concrete slabs and membranes throughout the garage. The approximate scope consists of 500 to 1000 square feet of floor and soffit repair; 35,000 to 45,000 square feet of membrane removal/recoating as well as joint sealant repair, expansion joint repair, traffic line painting and other incidental items. Floor and soffit repairs are required to be completed in 2012 and remaining work to be completed in summer of 2013. Bidders shall have experience in certain work activities and proof of successfully completed similar work with floor and ceiling repair in post-tensioned garages and membrane installation at 3 or more projects within the last 4 years and meeting these experience qualifications is required. Only contractors who submit qualification statements with their bids and meet qualification criteria will be consider as a responsive bidder and considered for award of the work.
